Core Stix strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Stock orders will generally be shipped in standard shipping times which are 1 – 3 working days. However, standard shipping times are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day.
Please review our shipping options and policies, and plan your purchases accordingly. Due to special package requirements we may not be able to ship products to certain areas or may be constrained on our shipping options.
All equipment is shipped pre-assembled. The weight of the entire apparatus, in the shipping box (including the weight of the box) is approximately 100 lbs. It is your responsibility to make arrangements to handle the shipment once it is received by you.
Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.
You will be charged the shipping cost for any items that are returned undelivered, unless through the fault of Core Stix or the shipping carrier.
It is important that the correct address is given to avoid any problems or delays.
If your purchase includes Free Shipping, the least expensive shipping method and shipping lanes will be used. Ship dates on Free Shipping purchases will be left to the sole discretion of Core Stix. Changes in Free Shipping ship dates or addresses by the purchaser may result in charges
Signature and Physical Address Required
All orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed. We do not ship to any post office boxes.
Backorders
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable, and may be back ordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. We will attempt to notify you in the event that any item is out of stock.
The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order
Domestic Shipping
Core Stix offers several shipping options for delivery within the United States. The regular domestic ground shipping and handling cost is between approximately $125.00 and $175.00 per product ordered. If multiple products are ordered, we may be able to arrange freight at a reduced price.
Shipments to businesses or residences in the U.S. will be supplied a tracking number upon request.
Weekend shipping is not available.
International Shipping
For international shipping addresses, you must place your order either by e-mail at customerservice@corestix.com Please include shipping address and number of units desired in your message.
For more details including any inquiries related to international shipments or for special shipping requirements, or if you need to specify an alternate shipping method or some other type of special handling for your order, please contact us at customerservice@corestix.com before placing your order.
All international fees including, but not limited to, duties, tariffs, GST, Vat, port storage fees and customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. All shipping documents will be mailed to you prior to your equipment’s arrival at the port. It is important that the correct address is given to avoid any problems. We may be able to arrange for all your customs documents to be mailed or faxed to you or to your broker to avoid custom’s delays.
