Warranty Information:
Core Stix guarantees to the original purchaser that the Core Stix base apparatus, arc supports, rods, and other associated parts will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Core Stix does not warranty any product that has been abused, misused, or damaged due to failure to follow the instructions and warnings contained herein or in any other product literature supplied with the product or thereafter, wherever applicable. Core Stix also does not warranty any damage due to normal wear, Acts of God, use by persons in excess of 300 pounds, accidents, mishandling, or any part that has been tampered with, wherever applicable.
Core Stix provides no warranties other than expressly set forth herein. Any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of this warranty. The liability of Core Stix, if any, under any such implied warranty and under this limited warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement (or refund, in the sole discretion of Core Stix) of defective parts within the stated warranty period from date of receipt. CORE STIX SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, where appropriate and applicable.

Please do not contact the retailer or distributor for warranty questions or claims.
If failure occurs during the warranty period that is caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, Core Stix will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the Core Stix Fitness System or the defective components thereof. All damaged components must be returned to Core Stix at the purchaser’s expense, with an explanation of the issue or damage. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to adequate package and protect the parts or components being returned to Core Stix, and the shipment should be insured. Core Stix is not liable or responsible for any damage incurred during the shipment. If the warranty covers the damaged parts, the repaired or replacement parts will be returned to the purchaser at Core Stix’ expense. If the parts are not covered under the warranty, the parts will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense.
